Although I have my location set automatically (and correctly) when I face east with my new iPod Touch 6, the screen of Sky Guide shows me west.

This app has been nothing but great. Gives the exact location and Ive used a lot while stargazing. Lots of extras that are included which is awesome too!

Absolutely fantastic app for night sky gazing or just learning about stars, planets, galaxies, satellites and more. I spent over two hours with it upon first download and have barely scratched the surface. Along with everything else youd expect you can scan the sky in gamma view, microwave view, ultraviolet frequency and others. Lots of great info on all sky objects and extremely easy to use. Very intuitive, nice help guide. Easily the best Ive used on my iPad.

Where do I start... This is The absolute best app ever, its all in one (no in-app purchases) and it is totally worth the 3$. I have always wanted to know when meteor showers and other events were. Now, not only do I know when, I know info about it + it says where it is. The best future about this app is that there is INFORMATION about the stars, comets, etc.. Now I can actually know what I am looking at. I totally recommend this app for any person who loves to watch stars and space, like me

This app has taken me out at night(and sometimes day) and caused me to fall in love with the stars and planets. The music helps to highlight the rightful awe these visions bring.

I really enjoy just playing around with this app, but it is especially useful when I hear about a celestial event on the news and I use the app to help me find it taking place in the sky.

Not very many apps inspire the user to feel like Sky Guide manages to.
